Account Executive (f/m/d)

Are you a natural networker who thrives on the thrill of chasing deals? As an Account Executive at Meister, you'll play a key role in generating new business sales pipeline through a variety of channels: inbound inflow, an existing portfolio of customers, and targeted outbound efforts. While your main focus will be acquiring new business, you’ll also work to expand and engage relationships with existing clients, working closely with our Customer Success Managers.

What makes you special

  • 3+ Years’ Experience. You have a track record in closing deals and experience managing multiple accounts in a SaaS environment. Work experience in the German public sector is a plus.

  • Outbound Expertise. You have already gained practice in cold calls and pitching to customers, who didn’t come in via Marketing or product led efforts.

  • Expansion Focus. You bring strong skills in up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Results-Driven. You bring a never-settle approach to achieving targets.

  • Excellent Communication. Ability to explain complex subjects in an engaging and value-driven way.

  • Language Skills. You are proficient in both German and English, with a C2 level of fluency in each language; additional languages are a plus.

  • Tech-Savvy. You're comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms to manage accounts and track progress.

  • Prioritization & Analytical Skills. You bring strategic portfolio management skills and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Creativity & Adaptability. You bring an innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Team Player. Your collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic, has a positive impact on the team.
