ICT Specialist, Support & Corporate Projects (all genders)

We are seeking a dynamic and talented IT Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical support and engaging in exciting IT projects originating from corporate directives. As an integral part of our IT department, you will provide first level support to our internal users while also actively participating in IT projects that drive our business forward. You will support the local affiliate and our six CEE countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic) in all IT-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the operation of the server infrastructure landscape, Microsoft 365 environment, endpoints, mobile devices, network systems and security components
- Provide first and second level technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software and network issues promptly and efficiently
- Managing software deployment via RMM, SCCM/Intune, GPOs and automated Batch/PowerShell scripts
- Development and implementation of concepts for backup, system updates, servers and endpoints patching, capacity planning and security
- Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and attached systems, such as Exclaimer mail signature, Mimecast antispam and Metallic cloud backup
- Ensuring clear and simple communication to end-users and timely resolution of issues
- Ensuring the operation of the meeting rooms, videoconference systems, Phone and Fax systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and project activities
- Maintaining IT assets (hardware and software), warranties, user-to-device as-signment, asset tags, hardware and software inventories
- Planning, managing and deploying IT Infrastructure projects, creating project schedule, presentations, managing resources, deadlines, communication plan, project budget and completing the projects on time
- Supporting the IT Infrastructure budget, providing figures during the yearly budget reviewing phases
- Assist and support the 3rd party consultants for the CEE affiliates (BG, CZ, HU, RO, SI and SK), being responsible for updating them regularly on corporate roll-outs, security initiatives and providing technical guidance on problem solving
- Understand at high level the corporate applications, their purpose and their support structure, being able to address requests/incidents to the proper application team
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in IT or related field (Information Technology, Telco or IT Engineering), additional qualification or IT Official Certifications are desirable.
- Min. 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment
- Profound knowledge in VMware, Veeam Backup, Firewall, Switching, VLANs, Troubleshooting, Storage, Microsoft Windows networks, Active Directory, GPOs, Microsoft 365, Endpoint management tools, etc.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in German and English
