About the role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Solution Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our IT infrastructure and systems. In this role, you will oversee architecture strategy, manage the technical team, and ensure the alignment of IT systems with organizational objectives. If you have a passion for technology leadership and systems architecture, this position is for you.
Your tasks
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance IT systems aligned with organizational needs and goals
- Manage IT support engineers and vendors to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with the Change and Process Management Team as well as with Process owners to enable operational excellence
- Infrastructure Management: Implement, evaluate, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware and software systems (e.g., servers, cloud platforms, networking)
- Ensure adherence to sector standards, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity best practices
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and guide adoption of emerging technologies like cloud computing, AI, and automation. Act as a technical expert for assistive technology for persons with disabilities
- Oversee vendor relationships, manage contracts, and control IT budgets efficiently
- Set KPIs for system performance and regularly monitor uptime, availability, and security metrics
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on systems architecture,
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructures
- In-depth understanding of system integration, networking, virtualization, and data center operations
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks. (Administration O365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD)
- Knowledge about compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) and security standards
- Excellent team management, communication, and project coordination abilities
