Job Description
About the role:
As a highly skilled Supply Planner you will hold overall supply planning responsibility for specific plasma product(s). The role is integral to our manufacturing and supply chain operations by ensuring an efficient flow of goods from bulk to final drug product. You will have a wide responsibility for supply chain planning activities at the Vienna site collaborating with different stakeholders to derive an optimal balance between demand and supply while ensuring that patient needs are met. In this position you will also be involved in or leading critical supply projects and escalations to assure supply continuity.
How you will contribute:

Accountable for supply planning for defined product(s) – from plasma input to final drug product

Balance supply and demand respecting production capacities and market needs

Monitor execution of agreed plans, measure performance, solve and communicate any deviations from agreed plans to relevant stakeholders as well as work on resolution of escalation topics

Develop mitigation plans in case of product shortages to ensure uninterrupted supply of products

Develop and manage factory planning processes, ensuring seamless integration across production, packaging, and supply planning activities

Collaborate with several stakeholders (e.g. production, quality, procurement, finance and logistics teams) to ensure timely market supply

Work on continuous improvement initiatives within the factory planning processes and supply chain planning tool(s) to enhance operational efficiency
What you bring to Takeda:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics with focus on logistics or supply chain management

Several years of experience within supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry

Proficiency in standard software like MS Office, planning software (e.g. SAP APO, SAP IBP, or similar) and ERP software (e.g. SAP, JDE)

Excellent German and very good command of English

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, solution oriented and flexible personality enjoying work in a dynamic and complex supply chain environment – capable and willing to adjust priorities and able to make sound decisions in an environment where complete information is not always available

Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal communication skills as well as ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
What Takeda can offer you:
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.157,14 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
