Your Day to Day:

• Daily Business: In this role, you will be responsible for managing and addressing accounting-specific customer inquiries within our SAP environment. You will ensure that all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Customer Orientation: Your ability to empathize with our customers' concerns and ask precise questions will be crucial. By doing so, you will gather essential information to provide tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork: You will closely collaborate with various departments to identify, replicate, and resolve issues within our SAP system. Utilizing master data, you will also develop proactive suggestions for improving existing processes.
• Analytical Skills: You will actively contribute to optimizing our internal workflows and meticulously document solutions for recurring issues to facilitate continuous improvement of our service.
• Problem Solving: With your creative mindset and results-oriented approach, you will implement innovative strategies to effectively address challenges and find solutions that meet our customers' needs.

What makes you excel in this position:

• Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in accounting, coupled with a strong knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
• SAP Customization: Familiarity with SAP customizing is a significant advantage, enabling you to tailor solutions effectively to meet organizational needs.
• Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required to ensure a solid understanding of financial principles.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage and persuade others effectively. Your enthusiastic approach will be key in fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A creative and results-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
