Who you are
This job at the Customer Support Center-Site Diedenbergen is to be filled on a full-time, permanent basis from 01.02.25.
• You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with strong knowledge of retail operations and the omnichannel retail landscape
• Experience in remote contact center environments is a plus
• You are skilled in leading teams and driving long-term growth and profitability, focusing on continuous improvement and innovative ways of working
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with a deep understanding of the IKEA Customer Journey and the commercial agenda
• You are passionate about home furnishing, IKEA values, and enhancing customer experiences
• You have strong communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders across functions, units, and countries
• You are experienced in financial planning, budget management, and turning business needs into actionable financial outcomes
• You have proven ability to drive business development, manage change, and lead cross-functional initiatives in an omnichannel environment
• You possess basic knowledge of country-specific legal and compliance matters, especially in real estate and risk management
• You speak English fluently
What you'll be doing day to day
• Lead the IKEA Customer Support Center business planning process in collaboration with the management team, using customer and market data to identify opportunities and insights
• Coordinate financial planning to align with RCMP goals, engaging stakeholders to set achievable and financially sound targets
• Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities using business case analysis, ensuring alignment with omnichannel strategies
• Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) in an omnichannel environment, optimizing costs and creating scenario-based forecasts
• Continuously improve RCMP performance by leveraging KPIs, best practices, and global insights
• Provide clear and accessible business reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Analyze and track investments for ROI, ensuring accountability and delivering measurable business impact
• Develop leaders and teams, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure a compliant and safe work environment, adhering to legal, financial, and operational standards
• Balance financial and non-financial outcomes to maximize customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and productivity
• Support the management team with regular performance insights and identify synergies to enhance business efficiency
