In order to support the Real Estate department, Airbus Commercial is looking for a
Digital Twin Manager for buildings and infrastructure (d/f/m)
Real Estate is owner of buildings and lands for Airbus Global Company, meaning main Airbus sites and affiliates across the world. As a Real Estate representative, you will coordinate digital activities around the digital twin topics. In your perimeter , the target will be to understand the context, identify the opportunities and support the deployment of the digital twin to perform activities described below. To perform these activities, you will be supported by an enthusiast team and by suppliers.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil Aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.
Your tasks and responsibilities

Your strong role will be to coordinate Real Estate Data Management activities on your perimeter (Hambourg site mainly and support Others North germany Sites like Bremen), creating, collecting, storing, retrieving, updating, transmitting and archiving data/information.

In collaboration with the team, you will transform the current situation by deploying technical solutions and integrating existing environments within the Airbus ecosystem to reach the target of the full digital twin management (Single Source of truth) including following topics:

Data integration in our digital solutions: BIM (Building Information Modelling) to improve data quality, GIS (Geographical Information Systems) to centralize data of Lands and on the Analytic Database to maintain the Real Estate referential

Maintain data in quality and business administration of the digital solutions.

Coordinate requests from Airbus stakeholders and provide outcomes by defining needs and requirements for the suppliers

Keep data updated and centralized, regarding BIM/GIS and Building Data.

Support project standards and coordination with consultants.

Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow processes

Digitize analog information to improve data quality and centralize it.

Provide data through webApps, mobile apps or reports to permit support different activities for Facility Management and other organizations.

Use data to predict and simulate the future with new challenges in terms of sustainability, climate change and performance improvement

Be a focal point to gather feedback from the different service lines.

Support / oversee software and procedures implementation.
Desired skills and qualifications
-
University degree in architecture or civil engineer or equivalent - ideally with diploma / masters on digital twin (BIM/GIS) topics

First experience in digital twin (BIM, GIS) topics in the context of buildings and infrastructure

Experience in deployment project coordination and project management in digitalisation

Experience in digital transformation programs (process/system engineering)

Working experience with a data driven environment.

Linking BIM to additional applications.

CAD/CAFM knowledge.

Change management / Change implementation

To engage all levels of the organization into implementing the decided changes

You have very good communication skills, work autonomously while being a good leader

Language Skills: English & German (negotiation level)
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
