Your Role
As the Head of Architecture & Governance, you will spearhead the Electronics' Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) Architecture efforts. Your focus will be on creating a robust application and technology landscape tailored for the Electronics sector. You will align with Group-wide Enterprise Architecture teams, evaluating and directing new capabilities to meet business demands. Building strong relationships with business and DDIT stakeholders is essential; you will communicate the value of enterprise architecture and ensure alignment between business goals and DDIT strategies. You will oversee governance processes, including reporting and monitoring to ensure compliance with architectural standards. Additionally, you will drive the DDIT architecture, data catalog, and data architecture, collaborating closely with teams to align the roadmap with customer and partner needs across the organization.
Who you are
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy and solution design
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and data management
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams
- Experience in driving large-scale transformation initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
