As Head of Legal Manufacturing and Supply (M&S) Industrial Network and Transformation within the Global Legal Manufacturing & Supply, Procurement and Business Operations team, you'll help optimize the Manufacturing & Supply industrial network which delivers 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, optimize supplier relationships, manage third party risk and support smart spending. The team is heavily focused on transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.

Main responsibilities

• Strategic business partner and central legal leader to Global Engineering and Maintenance team across the Manufacturing & Supply industrial network
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to drive projects related to transformation of the Manufacturing & Supply industrial network including those related to capacity, investment, strategic sourcing, smart spending, collaborations with external partners and optimized risk management
• Lead a team supporting environmental, health and safety, real estate, divestment and Manufacturing & Supply digital activities across all global business units, sites and geographies
• Drive optimized ways of working across Legal, Ethics and Business Integrity (LEBI) , Manufacturing & Supply, Global Procurement and Business Operations with an emphasis on standardization, simplification and digitization
• Represent Legal on Engineering and Maintenance Leadership Team and on various committees responsible for leading industrial network transformation

About you

• Law degree
• Proven experience overseeing and driving cross-functional projects to completion
• Solid experience in managing diverse teams across geographies
• Natural leader and influencer with relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial problem solver with strong business acumen
• Excellent judgment and commitment to ethical conduct
• Oral and written fluency in English, French represents an asset
