A Snapshot of Your Day
In your new position you will act as the key link between two factories in Dresden and Jakarta, ensuring seamless communication across departments. Your daily business also includes managing project execution, quality assurance, engineering, scheduling, manufacturing, and procurement. You will also promote cross-functional teamwork and strong relationships to achieve shared goals.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Track materials for open orders, support the offer process for new projects, clarify technical purchase specifications, and follow up on Dresden material supply tasks
- Regularly update the status of projects on the internal Obeya Board and align on topics related to ongoing projects
- Facilitate joint forums between Dresden and Jakarta top management to discuss project-related matters
- Align on quality requirements for new orders, validate test results, and address non-conformances with corrective actions
- Generate design demands for new offers, monitor the execution of current designs, and resolve any design deviations or necessary changes
- Conduct monthly meetings to review the factory load situations and discuss slot availability for new opportunities
- Resolve process discrepancies and deviations, while facilitating discussions for process improvements between teams
What You Bring
- Degree in engineering, business administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management and coordination, particularly with multicultural teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to moderate technical discussions and align cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English, Indonesian Bahasa, and ideally German (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with quality management systems and procurement processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
