At CARIAD, we're bundling and further expanding the Volkswagen Group's software expertise. We're uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM
Our "Employee Services & Site Management" is seeking a working student or an intern so support us in the coordination process of our new tech campus in Berlin. We provide and shape the best work environment in terms of offices, employee benefits and mobility services. Currently we are looking forward to open our new location in 2025 - the Tech Campus. You will be mainly part of this project, while support in our other projects will be possible as well. Join us and help us shape the best and secure working environment for our fellow Caridians!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the team regarding move activities (coordination of respective suppliers, ramp down and up of our sites)
- Create and align communication materials for the new Tech Campus in Berlin (internal stakeholder communication incl. several gremia)
- Adapt information on the intranet and for other communication channels
- Support with regards to the opening event at the Tech Campus
- Support the team across Germany regarding site management activities (special focus on stakeholder communication and supplier coordination)
WHO YOU ARE
- Currently enrolled student in communications, event management, human resources, business administration, economics, or equivalent field
- First hand experience with event organization
- Organized, team-player and competent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and German ( business proficiency)
