The Team – your impact
As Intelligent Automation Developer (f/m/d) you will become part of a cross-functional team of process automation developers and digital experts. As key driver you will digitize and automate E.ON's processes using state-of-the-art intelligent automation technologies and customer-oriented methodology.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Work in cross-functional teams, including product managers, automation experts and business stakeholders, to build intelligent automation solutions by hands-on development to fulfill business needs
- Take responsibility in the end-to-end development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Enhance existing automation solutions with AI to drive the smartification
- Communicate findings, insights and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment and mentor junior colleagues
- Act as a thought leader by sharing your ideas and convince to go new ways
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Several years of professional experience in intelligent automation positions and a consulting background
- Sound hands-on experience in building intelligent automation solutions
- Experience with software development best practices, including version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) and testing
- Proven skills with our technology stack which includes various Azure services, Python, Java, Gitlab, Blue Prism and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Excellent communication and consulting skills engaging various stakeholders matching the audience
- Fluent in English and German
