Join our product-team in part-time (30 hrs./week) as Master Trainee LX User Experience (m/f/d) at our location in Hamburg, Berlin, Munisch or remote.

Your tasks

• Conduct competitor analysis and manage > maintain key user segments.

• Analyze and evaluate user data, behaviorand feedback using tools like Contentsquare, Qualtrics and AI.

• Carry out, document, and evaluate usability tests and user interviews.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops.

• Visualize flows and design solutions in Figma and create prototypes for testing and demo purposes.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed a degree program or comparable qualification with a focus on Usability > User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field, ideally with some practical experience with UX projects.

• Passion for research-based UX design, with a demonstrated enthusiasm for promoting a human-centered mindset and making complex concepts easier to understand.

• Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and an analytical mindset for assessing and interpreting user data and feedback.

• Affinity for optimizing processes and automating tasks using AI technologies.

• Basic understanding and experience with design tools like Figma

• ideally, familiar with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence

• basic knowledge of coding or an understanding of HTML and CSS would be advantageous.

• Strong communicative and social skills, both within the team and in interactions with our stakeholders and eagerness to collaborate in team settings.

• Very good in both German and English
