Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

• Supervise tax processes entering within RISK ORM supervision perimeter including tax watch, tax advice, tax audits, litigations and tax returns
• Interaction with different stakeholders, notably with Tax Department, Compliance, Finance, Legal and RISK ORM network
• Ensure Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) aligns with Group standards
• Advise management on operational risk assessments for tax processes
• Oversee and challenge first-level risk and control assessments
• Report and alert management on relevant risk issues
• Provide methodological support and share best practices with RISK ORM teams
• Contribute to the deployment and consistency of second-level controls across the group on the tax processes perimeter

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

• Successful studies in economics, business administration, economics, engineering or similar subjects
• Professional experience (>5 yrs) in an equivalent position or as internal control actor (Operational Permanent Controller in a Business Line or a Function, Audit / Inspection Générale )
• Good vision of Finance and/or Tax specifics
• RISK domain expertise
• Flexibility combined with a sense of coordination, fast adaptability to changes and client focused
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Fluent language skills in German, advanced level of English, both oral and written
