Product Owner - Leadership Learning Journey (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Product Owner - Leadership Learning Journey (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.

Your tasks include (but are not limited to):

You drive the strategic development and seamless execution of an innovative learning journey targeted at leaders & executives, from conception to delivery. This includes, e.g.

  • You organize business-relevant content into executable learning experiences and design and deliver scalable interventions in different formats
  • You keep abreast of the latest trends in learning and development and ensure that the leadership learning journey is aligned with external best practices
  • You assign and manage learning providers and internal or external guest speakers, as needed
  • You collaborate with regional teams for local journey implementation and activation
  • You ensure engagement of all stakeholders, incl. targeted communication measures
  • You partner with Global L&D colleagues to achieve implementation of the global leadership development agenda

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree in Business Management, Business Psychology, or similar and at least 5 years professional experience
  • You have experience in designing and evaluating leadership learning interventions (experience as facilitator/trainer is a plus)
  • You are excellent in both strategic planning and seamless organization of learning events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • You have a strong problem solving mindset, a pragmatic can-do attitude and are good team collaborator
  • You are excellent in (senior) stakeholder management and have effective communication skills
  • You enjoy networking with enthusiasm and confidence, engaging with various partners at all levels of the organization
  • You are fluent in both English and German (both a must)
