Project Manager (f/m/d) for Control and Protection Systems in HV Projects
A Snapshot of Your Day
Being part of the Grid Automation team, you will execute projects in the areas of automation and protection for High Voltage Substations. As Project Manager you are responsible for the delivery of automation and protection projects within the project targets to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Together with a team of technical experts, you implement state-of-the art technologies in the projects. Beyond this you drive the future of digital substations.
The projects are located world-wide with a focus on German speaking market.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Full responsibility for the management of projects within the area of protection, control, and HMI in HV projects
- Assurance of the project delivery within timeline, budget, and high quality
- Interface management to subcontractors
- Risk-, Opportunity- and Claim Management
- Supporting of proposal management in the offering phase
- Close cooperation and coordination with technical experts
- Regular project reporting to the management
What You Bring
- University degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar
- Long term work experience in the Energy transmission sector
- Several years of Project management experience, preferable with certification according to IPMA, PM@Siemens or similar
- Preferable Know-How in automation and protection systems for HV-substation
- Very good communications skills in German (mandatory) and English (mandatory)
