Your role:

You are the Global IT Controlling business partner for one of the IT domains. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our Data & Digital and IT organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are met while driving efficiency and effectiveness in our IT operations.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development and execution of Data & Digital, IT and digitalization strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

Sound controlling and accounting expertise as well as team spirit are essential to provide value-adding business partnering. Controlling experience and an understanding of the Data & Digital and IT dynamics impacting it would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for IT projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on IT spending, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements within IT.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling, ideally in a global and local environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (Executive / Senior Managers) as well as stakeholders in the Finance community
  • Proficiency in financial software (SAP, BW, SAC, TM1) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Resilient and able to work under time pressure and high accuracy
  • Fluent in English and high team spirit .
