(Senior) FP&A Analyst (all genders)

Your future team

You will join a diverse Finance department consisting of 30 colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, tracking performance and business partnering with stakeholders, in order to help steer the business. As a team, we are striving for excellence and looking at ways to optimise existing processes. You will be reporting to our Head of FP&A.

Your role in this journey

  • You are responsible for the financial forecasting, KPI analysis and performance tracking for one of the Holidu business units.

  • You are a trusted finance business partner to stakeholders within the wider group, providing insightful financial analysis to enable decision making.

  • You will further develop month end reporting to effectively isolate key drivers each month in a timely manner.

  • You seek to simplify and streamline existing financial processes, leveraging on automation and working with BI/FinTech where possible.

  • You will help to prepare reporting required for external investor reporting.

  • You support the annual audit process.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Outstanding records of academic achievement in either the fields of Economics or any other field of academia + a corresponding advanced financial education.

  • Several years of experience in consulting or FP&A, with a strong financial focus. Experience in a fast-moving scale-up is a plus.

  • Intuitive understanding of what drives a business model in a given market –and the ability to validate this using financial and commercial data.

  • Outstanding financial modelling skills, in particular using Excel.

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication skills. 

  • Fully proficient in English. German language skills will be considered an asset.
