WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are looking for a new colleague for our Feedback Landscape/Survey team. As a Senior Specialist you will steer global Survey campaigns, develop BASF listening approach further and there focus on Data analytics.
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the service-oriented implementation of global feedback instruments and work with internal stakeholders as well as external providers.
- You enjoy analyzing evaluations (e.g. correlation analyses), identify areas for action and deal with various enquiries, e.g. from the Top Management.
- You closely work with the data engineering team in order to guarantee the solid data base for employee experience projects.
- You develop the content of BASF's feedback landscape in line with our corporate and management culture.
- You develop process and content of BASF listening system, in order to get relevant insights about employee experience.
- You communicate findings to internal service recipients on different levels of the organization, train internal stakeholders and present in international workshops within and beyond BASF.
- You explore trends in Employee Experience and Feedback Landscape such as AI.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor/Master degree in the field of economics, sociology, psychology or similar fields
- professional experience in the field of employee surveys
- experience with IT application for employee surveys
- experience in conceptual work and in the execution of projects with a global scope
- entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to tell the story behind the data
- strong strategic thinking as well as customer and solution orientation
- excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus
