What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you'll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.
From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile commercial generalist to join our Global Sales Operations team located at the heart of Sales within the growing Grid Technologies Business. The role involves handling and supporting commercial sales matters in cooperation with our technical counterparts in Grid Technologies Sales, as well as running independent projects to support our commercial sales teams globally.
How You'll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You'll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Support strategic negotiations for customer terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines in collaboration with departments such as Legal, Insurance, and Taxes.
- Evaluate risks and mitigation strategies for global contracts to establish a commercial risk profile.
- Create new innovative business models, e.g. co-creation.
- Develop, run, and support global strategic projects, e.g. the implementation of AI-powered tools/digitalization and other centrally mandated projects.
What You Bring
- Proactivity, adaptability, and solution-oriented approach to tackle new Sales challenges and projects
- Affinity for strategy paired with strong communication and collaboration skill
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment
- A master's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar field
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, and mobility during the program
