YOUR TEAM

In the delivery unit TB our vision is to ensure delivery in time, budget, scope and quality for the E3 1.2 by providing the E2E responsibility across all system. The TB-X team is an open minded and powerful small unit which focuses on all architectural and cross-sectional topics.
The main responsibility of the System Lead is to ensure a consistent E/E architecture and a working set-up of the cross-sectional functions like diagnosis, security, safety, ORU and networking technologies. This role involves coordinating between various teams and supplier to ensure that deliveries are completed on time & budget and to the required quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Development and maintanance of the cluster specific architecture
• Monitoring of car related cross functional topics such like warning lights, DTCs and resets
• Key responsible and contact person for internal and external stakeholder (integration & brand scope) in the problem resolution management area
• Responsible for achieving ticket burndown targets to achieve product launch quality for all cross-sectional topics
• Ensuring that incidents and problems are resolved within the defined and required timeframes. This requires monitoring progress and implementing measures to stay on track.
• Customer Satisfaction: Meeting targets related to customer satisfaction, which may involve resolving issues quickly, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and preventing future incidents.
• Alignment with test management (Brands, Quality-Departments, Country-Management, CARIAD)

WHO YOU ARE

• Academic degree in a technical discipline or equivalent qualification
• Comprehensive expertise in function development and car related functions
• Experience in automotive engineering, especially in the field of architecture or cross-sectional functions
• Strong intercultural skills, coupled with the knowledge to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• A proactive problem-solving approach with a demonstrated ability to maintain focus, prioritize demanding workloads, and deliver exceptional quality
• Good communication skills with fluency in German (written & spoken) and basic communication skills in English
