How You'll Make an Impact
- Take on full ownership of managing the technical solution for large EPC Projects in HVDC Business ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality deliverables that exceed customer expectations
- Managing customer expectations and requirements with respect to functionality and overall quality of the provided solution
- Leading of risk management efforts
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers and drive efficient communication across all project phases
- Ensuring efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders as well as targeted and full communication within the project team and supporting the framework to ensure regular checks of the compliance in the project
- Your strategic approach will shape the success of our projects and contribute to our commitment to excellence
What You Bring
- A university degree in engineering or equivalent
- Substantial experience in engineering and project management, particularly in the energy sector
- A strong understanding of power transmission projects and ideally PM-Certification
- Proven ability to lead international teams with a focus on motivation and collaboration
- Knowledge of economics in project business, expertise in Health and Safety, and a deep understanding of compliance regulations
- Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel globally
- A team-oriented approach, organized work style, proactive personality, and strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
