About Mechanical Design Engineer (f/m/d)
The candidate will work closely with colleagues from various locations, including Tesia and Airbus, on innovative projects in the aerospace sector. Specifically, they will focus on developing solutions for NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspections applied to both the aerospace industry and other sectors. They will collaborate in an international environment, contributing to advanced and high-impact technological projects
Your Tasks
- Support projects by creating component drawings and providing solutions aligned with client requirements and team leader guidelines.
- Produce and revise CAD drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to develop design solutions in CATIA and SolidWorks that meet the needs of aerospace and other industries.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports for project deliverables.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth communication and timely project completion.
- Supporting the 3D measurement team during reverse engineering measurements
- Creating Catia drawings from STL data (reverse engineering)
What we look for
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within manufacturing industries.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CATIA and SolidWorks (Intermediate to advanced level).
- Certifications:
- Preferred: CATIA certification or equivalent.
- Problem-Solving & Communication:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly in English and German to international teams and clients.
- Personality & Work Style:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
