Video Lead, Content and Creator Sales (German, English)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with clients or agency organizations including an understanding of how decisions are made in these organizations, especially around the media.
- Experience in a video sales role at a leading digital platform or social media platform, with experience in media sales and media consulting.
- Ability to work independently in a fluid environment and deliver results in technology and market environments.
- Ability to uncover needs of stakeholders/customers/users and develop solutions for multiple audiences based on business objectives.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including both internal and external stakeholders.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with brands and agencies to consult them on their video advertising strategy to achieve their marketing and social objectives. use YouTube's reach and influence to create stories that resonate with audiences and deliver results.
- Advocate for YouTube's content and creator ads offerings. Educate (social) agencies and brands on the value of YouTube's advertising solutions, showcasing standard processed and case studies that demonstrate business.
- Identify and facilitate collaborations with YouTube creators to meet advertiser needs. Ensure brand alignment and campaign effectiveness for creator partnerships.
- Understand evolving YouTube landscape, including new formats, emerging creators, and audience trends. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities, as well as represent YouTube at conferences.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., Large Customer Sales, Partnerships, Marketing) to deliver integrated solutions for advertisers. Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure campaign execution.
