Definition VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
The jobholder is in charge of defining and executing single cultural change activities which are embedded into an overall Cultural Change Roadmap. Beside being creative and driving own activities, the support of this dedicated roadmap is required. The primary interface is towards the designated and accountable Cabin & Cargo Program Cultural Change Manager (from now on: accountable manager) as well as the Cabin & Cargo Management team. The jobholder also acts as an interface of Cabin & Cargo Program towards the Programme Faculty ensuring a continuous exchange between business and “Learning & Development”.

Support, define and partially lead the execution of the C&C Programme Culture & Change Roadmap including communication around this topic

To keep the C&C Community tuned and motivated

To keep the C&C Programme management aware

To Ideate on new actions to be launched according to function short term and long term needs

Participate and lead Cultural Change by example

Support event management like webinars, podcast recordings

Support local (Hamburg) change initiatives (Diversity Fresque, I&D MarketPlace, … ) in absence of the accountable manager

Support but also deputize the accountable manager as business representative for the Programme Faculty
-
Identify upskilling initiatives (e.g. cross-team fertilization initiative)

Support internal BC communication (newsletter, BC g-sites, support to Weblives) and communication about change management topics (e.g. local events in Hamburg or Toulouse) to share with community
