Definition VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your tasks and responsibilities
The Customization Planning team contributes to Airbus on-time delivery commitments towards customers by preparing, cascading, monitoring and controlling the Integrated Programme Planning, anticipating and managing deviations to keep it robust and up-to-date, while optimizing financial results.
Your main tasks will include:

Establish and maintain the end-to-end Integrated Version Planning for aircraft with specific design effort.

Monitor and control the planning adherence.

Collaborate in Project Core Teams and specific topic Multi Functional Teams (XLR, Corporate Jet etc.) and contribute to end-to-end lead-time reduction.
This role will involve some travel for business (once per month or less) in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Desired skills and qualifications
You have the following skills and experience:

You are educated to master or bachelor level in aerospace, engineering, project management, planning or a related discipline.

You have good digital skills and know how to build data driven decisions.

Alternatively you are educated in computer sciences with focus on data analytics, machine learning and/or artificial intelligence in a project management or industrial context.

Having collected practical experience in either project management, planning or engineering would be a plus.
In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

You know how to integrate different functions and translate sometimes conflicting objectives into common targets.

You are a team worker, strive for collaboration and have a supportive mindset.

You have strong communication skills and are motivated to work in a very diverse environment and bring your own values into the team.

Advanced or negotiation level of English.
