The Team – your impact

Join our Commercial Operations team as a working student and play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting financial processes, and gaining hands-on experience in strategic operations!

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding​

• Support regular data collection and analysis and prepare reports to inform decision-making on product performance and commercial strategy

• Help manage processes, systems and admistrative tasks

• Coordinate meetings and track action items to promote team efficiency and a positive working culture

• Set up and organize a clear documentation structure in Confluence / MS Teams to support knowledge management and ensure transparency in processes

• Work on projects to streamline and improve commercial processes, collaborating with team members to implement enhancements

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded​

• Enrolled Student (f/m/d) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent and first working experience in IT
• Good knowledge in project management, communication and marketing
• Ability to work pro-actively in an international, remote team
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with a strong customer service approach
• Fluent English and German
