Your role:

You will be working in the Analytics & AI Products Team of the Corporate Data & AI Organization.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support the digital product myGPT Suite. In this role, you will assist in managing Feature Forum requests, preparing for stakeholder meetings, conducting user surveys, and documenting product features. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and digital solutions within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and tracking Feature Forum requests from various stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Conduct user surveys to gather feedback on product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the product team to write clear and concise feature descriptions.
• Document product features, functionalities, and user guides to ensure comprehensive knowledge management. Support the product team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Marketing or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Experience with digital products, user experience principles or Large Language Models (LLM) is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
