You are a very good communicator, curious about different ways of working across the globe, and you would like to contribute to driving the energy transition in research & development. This is a good start!
We're a diverse global team with locations in Germany, USA, ... where individual strengths complement each other and where we need your help in the Innovation Management Office (~20 hours /week).
How You'll Make an Impact
- Supporting Innovation Strategy team (e.g., on ongoing projects: market and competitive intelligence, technology scouting)
- Organizing meetings, workshops, and events (e.g., booking facilities, ...)
- Supporting business travel arrangements (e.g., booking hotels, flights, ...) and related expense reports
- Preparing and managing tools to facilitate collaboration (e.g., Planner in MS Teams, ...)
- Contributing to activities in Innovation (e.g., preparing presentations, compiling, analyzing, and visualizing data, managing databases, ...) and engaging with the Team Assistant community
What You Bring
- Personal skills:
- Communication: Clear and effective communication in English (German is a plus)
- Collaboration: Comfortable working in teams and building strong relationships across cultures
- Integrity: Trustworthy in dealing with confidential information, reliable in fulfilling commitments
- Technical & functional skills:
- Studying (computer) science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) or business administration at a university in Germany for more than two years
- Technology: Understanding key aspects of the energy transition and related technologies
- Finance: Basic knowledge in engineering economics (e.g., business case calculations)
- Digital skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 core office programs
- Advanced skills in visualization / dashboards are a plus
