The Global Program Management team is responsible for driving effective execution of asset development strategies across all therapeutic areas in partnership with the Global Program Teams. Become part of a cross-functional and inclusive environment that is driven by developing new therapy options for patients. This role offers first-hand insight of how cross-functional drug development teams work and it allows for contributing to their effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Working Student (all genders), you will closely work together with the Operations Manager GPM and play a key role in enhancing the usability of our digital tools. Your main tasks will include:

  • Redesigning the GPT Handbook: Collaborate with the team to transform the existing handbook into a user-friendly digital navigation tool, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Revamping the GPT Best Practice EVA Page: Work on redesigning this page to create a more intuitive and maintainable environment, enhancing user experience and accessibility.
  • Collaboration with MBS: Collaborate closely with the MBS team to implement necessary changes and ensure that the updated content is easy to maintain.

Your Qualifications:

  • Ongoing studies in media, communication sciences, or a related field with a digital focus.
  • Good skills in handling Microsoft programs (MS Teams, Powerpoint), knowledge in EVA would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (level C1).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in digital design or user experience is desirable including Artificial Intelligence.
  • Self-motivated, with a keen interest in learning and applying new skills.
  • Independent and structured working style, flexibility, initiative and creativity.
  • Team-oriented with a strong ability to integrate diverse ideas.
