The Team – your impact

Our User Excellence Unit focuses on delivering seamless and intuitive digital solutions for employees and customers, ensuring every digital interaction is efficient and satisfying.

In this role, you will directly impact our mission by enhancing enterprise grade user experience and streamlining processes according to the user feedback gathered and usage data analyzed.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Strategic focus: Assist in the development of strategic design concepts and the execution of projects that align with E.ON’s digital transformation goals.

• Define and ideate: Assist in conducting (user) research and analysis to holistically understand the situation / system to inform design strategies and decisions.

• Design and validate: Support in the creation of design concepts, wireframes and prototypes to validate our assumptions and hypothesis about desirability, feasibility and viability.

• Build and scale: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help us create meaningful, specialized design solutions and prototypes for critical business processes and help that the organization runs more smoothly and effectively.

• Operations: Support us in maintaining strategic design system guidelines to ensure consistency across digital products and services.

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Enrolled student in the field of Strategic Design, User Experience, (Digital)Humanities or related fields of study

• Experience with design and collaboration tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Miro etc.)

• Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles

• Affinity with digital topics (e.g., Data, (gen)AI, Process Automation, etc.) as well as digital transformation and IT

• Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment

• Excellent creative and analytical skills, as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking

• Ability to work in a team but also deliver on commitments independently

• Business fluent in English (both written and verbal)
