A Snapshot of Your Day
As our new Working Student for Contract & Data Privacy Analysis, you have the exciting opportunity to support our team in Mülheim. In this exciting role, you will gain valuable experience in data privacy law and contract analysis.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts and extracting key information to support our legal and business operations related to power plants.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analysis of data contracts to identify and extract key information, including:



-Product sold

-Data usage rights and restrictions

-Data acquisition equipment specifications

-Availability guarantees

-Reliability guarantees (including Starting Reliability Guarantees)

-Assets covered by the contract

-Contract start and end dates

-Asset ownership


  • Summarize and document extracted information in a clear and concise format
  • Research and stay updated on data privacy regulations and related laws as needed
  • Provide support in related tasks to ensure smooth legal and business operations


What You Bring

  • Enrollment in a law degree program or a closely related field
  • Exceptional analytical and research skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills


About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
