Your responsibilities

• As an Asset Management Partner, you will be the link between various departments and stakeholders and work closely with management teams of the O&M Clusters. You will also support the representation of our shareholder interests in the division's hydropower investments and in electricity purchase agreements - in addition to your regularly assigned assets, you will also provide flexible and needs-based support in other asset areas
• You will be involved in the creation of cluster-specific asset management plans and drive implementation in selected areas - in doing so, you act as an entrepreneurial conscience in the planning and implementation of projects and measures and ensure that the company's goals are achieved
• Together with the clusters, you identify, evaluate and implement optimization projects to achieve goals in the best possible way and improve operational excellence - to this end, you will also create easy-to-understand decision templates for management
• You will ensure that the MTP, Risk & Opportunity and management system processes run according to the requirements and are actively involved in the implementation
• As part of the Asset Management Partner team, you will proactively exchange ideas with other Asset Management Partners and Asset Management teams to share best practices and ensure compliance with standards

Your profile

• You have a technical-commercial interest and a strong entrepreneurial mindset as well as an engineering degree, an additional commercial qualification is a plus
• You have several years of professional experience with power generation plants, ideally related to hydropower
• You have experience in the development and financial evaluation of complex projects and the introduction of projects to decision-making maturity
• With your strong presentation skills for senior management and an interest in developing and classifying strategic goals, you will identify good projects and bring them forward
• With your high level of personal responsibility, your assertiveness and the ability to deal with time pressure, as well as the joy of international and cross-technology exchange, you are a trustworthy partner for all stakeholders
• You are happy to travel to operational locations and project sites if necessary and exchange ideas effortlessly at all levels, not only in German, but also in English
