Asset Management Partner (m/f/t) Special Gases

Your responsibilities

• You will be the link between different departments and stakeholders and work closely with the management team of the O&M Cluster Special Gases. You will conduct regular performance meetings together with the O&M Cluster, Engineering & Outage and Controlling
• You will create and drive the implementation of the cluster-specific asset management plan and be the entrepreneurial conscience in the planning and implementation of projects and measures in the field of special gases
• You will actively support the expansion plans in the field of biomethane and biogas and will be intensively involved in the prioritization and evaluation of this pipeline as well as the creation of management decision papers
• Together with the cluster, you will identify, evaluate and implement optimization projects to best achieve business goals and continuously improve operational excellence
• You ensure that the MTP and Risk & Opportunity processes for the cluster run according to the requirements and you are actively involved in the implementation
• As part of the Asset Management Partner team, you will proactively exchange ideas with other Asset Management Partners and Asset Management teams to share best practices and ensure compliance with standards

Your profile

• You have a technical-commercial interest and a strong entrepreneurial mindset as well as an engineering degree
• You have several years of professional experience with power generation plants
• You have proven experience in the development and financial evaluation of complex projects and the introduction of projects to decision-making maturity
• With your strong presentation skills for senior management and an interest in developing and classifying strategic goals, you will identify good projects and bring them forward
• With your high level of personal responsibility, your assertiveness and the ability to deal with time pressure as well as the joy of international and cross-technology exchange, you are a trustworthy partner for the Special Gases Team
• You are happy to travel to operational locations and project sites if necessary and exchange ideas effortlessly at all levels, not only in German, but also in English

Advantageous, but not a must

• An additional commercial qualification
• Expertise in biogas, mine gas and biomethane plants
