Your Tasks
Are you a passionate communicator, skilled in the art of storytelling that captivates and leaves a lasting impact? Do you love brands? We are looking for a driven and creative individual to join our Corporate Communication team as Corporate Communications Manager, focusing on our Brand Icon NIVEA and our beautiful Oscar & Paul brands.
- Development and execution of an integrated communications plan and concepts for all relevant brand topics.
- Content creation across various platforms, including social media, internal communications, and website updates to tell the corporate story behind our beautiful brands
- Close collaboration with the NIVEA Unit and to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Collaboration with our global PR network to coordinate messaging, ensuring consistency and coherence across regions.
- Monitoring of industry trends, best practices, and public sentiment integrating relevant insights into our communications strategy.
- Supporting the planning and execution of internal and external events, campaigns, and initiatives.
Your Profile
We are looking for a communications expert who is inspired by trends in the market and a holistic thinker with an in-depth understanding of the diverse stakeholder groups. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping Beiersdorf's reputation as an innovative, inclusive, and employee-centric company.
- University degree in communication, journalism, business administration etc.
- Some years of proven professional experience in the field of PR/corporate communications preferable in the FMCG business.
- A creative mindset with a talent for storytelling and engaging content creation and a high affinity for digital formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in German and in English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse internal and external audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Networker, empathetic, team-oriented, resilient, proactive, open-minded with an international mindset.
The position ist
limited
for two years. The salary range is approximately EUR 62,000 - 75,000 depending on knowledge and experience plus benefits.

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
