The department designs, implements, and operates procedures for credit risk analytics, cash liquidity management, the corporate FX hedging process and quantitative aspects of financial markets regulations. About the role
- You will collaborate in operating the credit and liquidity risk control function of the department.
- Improve the counterparty credit risk and liquidity risk methods and systems framework as appropriate and needed.
- Evaluate (complex) transactions - exposure & pricing wise; including suggestions to improve the risk / return relationship.
- Run Credit Risk reporting processes.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses.
Job requirements and experience
- Student preferably in the field of business administration, economics, mathematics or science (min. 4th semester) with focus on risk management, finance or related analytical topics.
- Programming affinity and experience.
- Strong communication skills and excellent command in spoken and written German and English.
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working.
- Distinct social competence, ability to work in a team as well as conflict management skills.
Advantageous, but not essential
- First practical experience in the energy industry or the financial management area.
- Preferably programming skills in Python and / or PowerBI.
