Quality Manager BMH (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
• Ensuring the implementation of the Beiersdorf quality strategy and responsibility for results/budget in the area of quality management in the BMH
• Participation in the strategic and operational development of the BMH
• Disciplinary management of around 40 employees in the area of quality management and ensuring the continuous development of employees
• Ensuring a consistently high level of product quality and central contact for all questions and aspects regarding quality
• Further development of quality management in accordance with internal regulations, GMP guidelines and national and international standards
• Supporting the introduction of new technologies and improving technical processes in terms of efficiency and quality
• Responsibility for corporate duties with regard to the environment and safety as well as for compliance with all laws and internal/external guidelines and requirements relating to the overall quality management process
• Support of the Global Quality Network and direct communication with relevant quality contacts in the region, Corporate Quality, other PCs and other MUs
Your Profile
• Completed degree in engineering, natural sciences, pharmacy or similar
• Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management
• Technical and disciplinary management experience (particularly in managing interdisciplinary teams)
• Extensive experience in implementing QM systems
• Very good communication and motivation skills
• High level of initiative, team-oriented working style and social skills
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
• Strong problem-solving skills and methodological knowledge
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Fluent written and spoken in German & English
• Confident use of MS Office and knowledge of SAP applications
