Sales Controller (all genders)

Your Tasks

The Germany business unit, as our largest affiliate, offers an exciting and dynamic business environment. In Sales Controlling, we are responsible for the financial stability of the business and play a significant role as a business partner for sales in the success of our customer and brand strategy. As a Sales Controller (m/f/d), you actively shape the activities of the finance and sales department. Exciting tasks and projects await you:


Business Partnering

  • Collaborating closely with our customer teams as an entrepreneurial business partner in sales to secure financial and strategic goals
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and actively supporting the negotiation-process with our customers from a financial perspective
  • Facilitating the decision-making, e.g. by creating transparency, developing business cases or scenario modelling


Performance Management

  • Steering and monitoring of business development and profitability including proactive initiation of measures for continuous result improvements
  • Responsible for the planning and forecasting process
  • Implementing, developing, and maintaining systems and tools.

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling
  • Several years of professional experience in finance/controlling; experience in sales or consulting/auditing advantageous
  • High conceptual and analytical competence, accuracy and patience
  • Intensive knowledge of profitability analysis, income statements and innovative controlling concepts
  • Self-confident appearance, strong initiative, and assertiveness
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Constructive, pragmatic work style, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration at national and international level
  • Fluent written and spoken English and ambition to achieve good level of German on a mid-term basis
  • Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Power BI
