Your Profile

• Several years of experience in sales, acquisition or business development
• Industry Background: Experience in Real Estate, Banking & Asset Management, Mining, Infrastructure, Agriculture, Forestry, Energy Generation or similar sectors is a plus.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking
• Friendly and confident demeanour, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured and methodical manner
• Willingness to travel regionally

Before you start working on our projects, we will provide an exceptional in-house training program tailored for you. Our
comprehensive program will equip you with the necessary knowledge of renewable energy concepts, relevant regulations, and contract management
specifically for project origination and securing renewable energy projects. We're committed to investing in your development to ensure your success in this
role.

Your Tasks
As a Sales Expert within the renewable energy generation industry, you will play a key role in advancing sustainable energy initiatives in Germany. You will
actively drive the identification and acquisition of prime sites for wind and photovoltaic projects while fostering community engagement and managing
complex negotiations with stakeholders to ensure sustainable pipeline development.

• Identifying and acquiring suitable sites for the development of wind and photovoltaic projects
• Enhancing local engagement and acceptance for renewable energy initiatives through community outreach events
• Independently managing complex negotiations with property owners and relevant stakeholders
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with authorities, local communities, associations, and project partners
• Contributing to the sustainable project development pipeline through measurable outcomes
• Organizing and holding owners' meetings and information events for citizens
• Supporting the development of participation models in wind and solar park projects for landowners, if necessary
