Your Tasks
Join the vibrant Eucerin Content Tribe as a Working Student, supporting the Global Brand Communications & Content Manager Dry Skin. This is more than just a support role, it is an opportunity to become a vital sparring partner, contributing to the creative execution of our global brand strategy and helping us connect the dots across various channels. You will dive deep into the world of brand communications, actively identifying opportunities to amplify Eucerin's skin indication positioning and shape the narrative of a globally recognized skincare brand. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your creative ideas and analytical insights will directly contribute to our success. If you' are passionate about brand building, content creation, and staying ahead of the curve in communications, you will thrive in this dynamic position.
Content & Communications Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of content strategies across various digital and traditional channels.
- Support the creation of engaging communication plans & content
- Help maintain and organize content libraries and communication assets.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market/channel/content trends to identify opportunities and insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, Medical) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing among stakeholders.
Creative Support & Idea Generation:
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Help to identify new and innovative ways to present the brand and its products.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Global Brand Communications & Content Manager.
- Assist with project tracking and reporting.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
- A strong passion for brand building, content creation and digital communication
- A proactive and creative mindset, with a willingness to contribute ideas and take initiative
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- A "hands-on" mentality and a positive, can-do attitude
- A deep understanding of and passion for digital and social media trends
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Preferred experience in marketing, communications or brand management
