Your responsibilities
Become part of the team and support the further establishment of a corporate culture in which we can come closer to our corporate goal with the help of our "Mission Zero" programme and other building blocks from the categories of leadership and organisational development.

• You support the planning, moderation and follow-up of training sessions and workshops relating to "Mission Zero" and would like to familiarise yourself with change management methods
• You will help with the development and implementation of long-term safety measures for RWE Generation and its subsidiaries
• You would like to participate in internal projects such as the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Conference 2025 and take on responsibility
• You want to integrate and live the topic of safety in everyday working life
• You are interested in designing and implementing a communication strategy in the area of safety and are familiar with modern communication channels
• You are interested in corporate culture, leadership and organisational development as well as current studies in a dynamic environment and are passionate about research on this topic
• You are jointly responsible for the Mission Zero platform and coordinate with other departments

Your profile

• You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's degree or are currently doing your Master's in business administration, psychology, business psychology or a comparable degree programme
• You bring curiosity and enjoy proactively, independently and courageously introducing new solutions and approaches and feel comfortable with a hands-on mentality
• You are empathetic, have strong communication and conflict resolution skills and are willing to develop further within RWE
• Eye level is important to you and you value the feedback and feedforward culture for your holistic personal development
• The common MS Office programmes are easy for you to use
• Your written and spoken German is fluent and you are business fluent in English

Advantageous, but not a must

• You have already spoken in front of groups and have gained some experience in facilitation or have a strong drive to learn how to do so
• You have already gained experience in the areas of culture, leadership and organisational development
